The company I work for pays $1600 per month for our web based online billing system which I really wish worked half as efficiently as AO3. I don't mean this as a criticism of the folks we work with. They do a pretty good job of fixing problems as they come up and are very responsive to me, the crankiest and most expressively anxious of their customers.
