Tokien slash fans will be meeting at Teasim in Washington, DC on 15 June from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Come hang out with other fans, drink tea, and talk all things Tolkien slash.

Westercon is the "West Coast Science Fantasy Conference" held annually in the western part of the United States. Westercon 66 will take place in Sacramento, California from 4-7 July 2013. In addition to workshops and panels, the program features special guests, a masquerade and costume ball, an art show, musical events, and a writers workshop.

Sinpozium is a Sydney slash gathering that's been held six times previously (2000-2002, 2005, 2011-2012). It is a fan-run, not-for-profit weekend-long party.

Sinpozium started as a giant slash slumber party, and what happens at it is up to those who attend. Everyone should be able to participate as much as they want, whether that's giving a talk, pimping a fandom, leading a discussion, taking part in games, sharing vids or just hanging out and having a good time. Activities will include discussions, fandom pimping, games, vid watching and more.

Fan Expo Canada, the third-largest pop culture event in North America, celebrates its 19th year in 2013. The show will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre from 22-25 August 2013 and features panels, guests, and events from a variety of media, genre, and fandoms. The event is expected to see over 90,000 fans in attendance this year.
