I have recently been alerted to the ACTA trade agreements that are currently being debated in Europe. The proposed treaties, nearing final stages in many countries, will do much that SOPA and PIPA would have done, and seem to be attracting less publicity. I have left links to information on my DW/LJ journals (moth2fic) and would suggest you and other readers go there and consider widening your campaign to include ACTA.
