Last I checked (just a few seconds ago, actually), TV Tropes has long since put FanFic Recs back up (this article is a little behind the times, too. This whole thing happened a month/couple months ago). It's just that now there's a bunch of new rules at the top of the Recs index page, and all the adult-content related stories have been deleted.
