我怎样才能在AO3作品库上创建账户？

AO3作品库自2009年11月起开始上线公测。如果您想创建账户，您需要获得邀请。我们使用邀请码系统以便控制作品库的用户增长。我们需要逐步增加新用户以保证用户增长不会超过我们的硬件、宽带以及帮助和支持所能负荷的程度。这是我们确保所有使用作品库的用户都获得最佳体验。一旦您收到邀请邮件，点击邮件中所提供的链接即可跳转至创建账户页面。如果您收到其他用户所提供的邀请链接，点击链接也可跳转至正确的页面。

OTW试图取代所有其他作品库吗？

为什么花了那么多时间才完成作品库？

谁从AO3作品库中盈利？用户需要付费吗？

A New Look at AO3 Tags

One feature that's been asked for repeatedly since the AO3 launched is a way to see how tags are structured on the Archive. This is now possible! Although this new option doesn't show everything that goes on behind the scenes when tag wrangling, it does provide more information to users as to what tags are in use and how the tags are interlinked behind the scenes.

Update: Site problems and our firewall upgrade

Our Systems team have been doing some behind-the-scenes maintenance over the past week or so to improve the Archive of Our Own's firewalls. This has mostly been invisible to users, but last night it briefly gave everyone a fright when a typo introduced during maintenance caused some people to be redirected to some weird pages when trying to access the AO3. We also had a few additional problems today which caused a bit of site downtime.

Status Update: AO3 is A-OK, Be Back Soon!!

This is just a quick message to say that, due to a typo in our DNS, the Archive of Our Own is currently offline for some users. The error has already been fixed but it may take as long as 7 hours to propagate through the system. However we were not hacked or anything and we hope to be up as soon as possible. (Systems is telling us that this was a test of our communication and response teams...oh, wily wily Systems! Also typing is hard!)
